Egads!
An out-of-control yellow cab crashed into a popular East Village coffee shop early Sunday, critically injuring an elderly man who was inside the java shop, police and witnesses said.
The taxi jumped the curb, hitting and injuring two bicyclists before smashing into the front of the coffee shop, where Krupin was seated at a table by the window.
We here at Sprudge.com don’t think much of this particular taxi. We much prefer the James L. Brooks / Danny DeVito late 70s New York brilliance of “Taxi“, the Williams Pinball loop-centric classic “Taxi” table, and “Tijuana Taxi” by Herb Alpert and The Tijuana Brass.
