At the beginning of April, we put out a survey to find out how baristas had been impacted by the pandemic causing sweeping lockdowns around the world. Now, three months later let’s check back inโwe’re wanting to hear from you, the baristas, managers, and coffee professionals. Are you back to work? Have things improved? And are people being as awful about masks as it would appear?
Baristas are uniquely positioned to see not only how a coffee shop has adapted to the challenges brought on by COVID-19 but also how the customers have responded. So baristas, we need your help. Please fill out the survey below and let us know where things stand for you here at the end of June. Youโll find it shares many similarities with the previous survey. We want to know whatโs changed since then. Weโll be reporting back on the findings in the coming days.
