Spyhouse Coffee opened its third location yesterday,ย inside a sprawling warehouse in Northeast Minneapolis. Gabriel Dunn was on hand with a cameraย for the grand opening, and so here’s a look inside this highly attractive new cafe and roasting space.
A brass lion head door knocker greets visitors at the door.
Inside, guests are enveloped by sumptuous exposed brickwork.
Warm natural light enters through generous south-facing windows.
According to Modern Midwest, the shop contains over three-thousand feet of barn wood.
We just love the wall-mounted candles and schoolhouse lighting.
The menu counts down the days until Spyhouse’s vintage roaster arrives. In the meantime, they offer espresso and coffees from Cafe Grumpy and Verve Coffee Roasters.
Along with traditional espresso coffee fare, visitors can delight in some of the fancier (perhaps more refined) offerings. We’ll have a Mexican Mocha flight with a Spyhouse Caramella chaser.
Their ceramic wares match their black and white La Marzocco Strada masterfully.
