Founded by Jon and Andrea Allen in 2012 as one small cafe, the homegrown brand is now an established leader in specialty coffee, with a vast network of partnerships and global e-commerce reach.

Looking back over the brand’s history of products, the Onyx team identified Colombia Tio Conejo Gesha Honey and Ethiopia Worka Chelbesa as standout coffees. The new Onyx 10th Anniversary Coffee represents a 50/50 blend of the two. The honey-processed Gesha coffee brings elegant florals and a ripe sweetness, while the washed Ethiopian heirloom variety brings a tight sweetness and tart acidity. This unique coffee blend is elevated in concept and practice, simultaneously accessible and refined.
Onyx created the blend as a thank-you to its customers and a celebration of its achievements.
