Vancouver’s favorite traveling trapeze act / fraternal coffee bloodline, The Brother Giannakos, have had a busy year. First building out and opening their stunning Revolver shop in Vancouver’s Gastown district, and now unveiling the remodel of their other cafe, Crema, in a series of terrific, moody photographs. Looks like they’ve brought Revolver’s palette across the bridge, using a lot of reclaimed wood and industrial metal. Long on our office list of exemplary multiroasters, Crema is currently offering coffees from Ritual, JJ Bean, and Phil & Sebastian. It’s all the more reason to visit Vancouver aagain, but for now, we’re content with satisfying our Smarties sweet tooth by checking out out the beautiful photography and content over at CleanHotDry.
