Freezing green coffee is a method that coffee legend George “Ice Man” Howell regularly employs at Terroir with terrific results. While perhaps not the most eco-conscious, we love the idea of preserving delicious lots, and the special labels 49th Parallel printed up look great. Since Mark packed his beans in a vac-sealed bag, the coffee was saved from retaining hints of Eggo.
