Helena Brown and Helen Springut formed this is not a pop-up™ to enable chefs to get into the kitchen and cook. By providing a business and marketing structure for both short-term and ongoing culinary projects, this is not a pop-up™ partners with talent to allow them to focus on the creative aspects behind a successful hospitality business.
Mr. Wells’ evening at TINAP happens from February 7th-1oth, and there are miraculously still tickets available. Check out Mr. Wells’ menu:
