Hear ye, Los Angeles dining and specialty coffee lovers: Handsome Coffee Roasters co-founder Tyler J. Wells has been tapped by the folks at This Is Not A Pop-Up to host a few evenings at their innovative dining space. If you’re unfamiliar with TINAP, here’s more from their website:

Helena Brown and Helen Springut formed this is not a pop-upโ„ข to enable chefs to get into the kitchen and cook. By providing a business and marketing structure for both short-term and ongoing culinary projects, this is not a pop-upโ„ข partners with talent to allow them to focus on the creative aspects behind a successful hospitality business.

Mr. Wells’ evening at TINAP happens from February 7th-1oth, and there are miraculously still tickets available. Check out Mr. Wells’ menu:
