Miami’s leading specialty coffee roaster, Panther Coffee, are gearing up to open a brand new space at Sunset Harbor, located in the famed Miami Beach. This is their second retail storefront, and will not include a roasting operation like their original space in Wynwood. The staff at Panther are currently waiting for final health code approval from the city, and have already fully completed their build-out.

Panther Coffee‘s long-awaited Sunset Harbour store on Miami Beach is days away from opening.

Owner Leticia Pollock said construction has wrapped at 1875 Purdy Ave. and she’s awaiting final permits before opening. Belle Isle Blog posted a picture of employees inside the Sunset Harbour space over the weekend.

The coffee menu will be the same as in Wynwood. The Pollocks seem to spend most of their time jetting on planes, looking for coffee from small growers from across Central and South America. “We have some new delicious Nicaraguan coffee coming in from Jinotega,” she said.
