Rumors are swirling about an invite-only, extra fabulous mega gala happening Thursday night in Downtown Seattle. It’s all very hush-hush, you understand, but we’re chomping at the bits to bring you our coverage of what’s sure to be an extra-select sexy soiree. Sprudge.com will keep you posted as details develop.
Trabant Coffee presents TRAINWRECK!
This is, without a doubt, the place to be on Friday night of CoffeeFest. Event starts at 8pm at the downtown Trabant location (602 Second Ave) and will feature kegs, liquor, a taco bar, some throwdown shenanigans, costume contests, and epic groovy prizes supplied by the Trabant Consortium. Get drunk, take a downtown cab home, and enjoy the debut of a brand new Trabant-inspired 49th Parallel espresso blend, “Tunnel #20”. We’ll see you there!
Victrola Brew Ha Ha sponsored by Espresso Parts and Barista Exchange
Victrola Roasters, Barista Exchange and EspressoParts.com have teamed up to bring you the crown jewel of Seattle CoffeeFest parties, the Victrola Brew Ha Ha (310 East Pike Street). Attendees can look forward to a latte art throwdown AND a single-serve brewing competition, with huge prizes provided to the winners by Terry Z and EspressoParts.com. Also be prepared for a general rumpus room hoopla atmosphere because the creme de la crema will be in attendance, the line will snake ’round the block, and there’s sure to be copious amounts of flirting, brewing, giggling and hanging out. Sign ups for the twin competitions begin at 7pm, booze will probably run out right around 10 or so. Which leads us to…
Saturday Afterparty: Sprudge.com Boozapalooza at Six Arms!
Immediately following your eventual burnout with the Victrola Brew Ha Ha, walk a half-block down the hill to the Six Arms pub (300 E. Pike). There we’ll be hosting a meet and greet, complete with happy hour drink specials and reasonably priced snacks. Fuel up before heading back out into the night for Halloween weekend shenanigans! Come meet us if you’ve never had the pleasure, dish your favorite CoffeeFest stories (who knows, maybe you’ll end up on the site) and pick up your very own Sprudge.com “Frothy Gossip” t-shirt!
