Pacific Northwest baristas, coffee enthusiasts, and Sprudge readers, don your spookiest spookables and scare on down to this event at the American Barista and Coffee School, where on Halloween 2014 we’ll be taking part in what’s sure to be the scariest Thursday Night Throwdown in #TNTNW history! Your gracious event hosts at Espresso Parts and Water Avenue Coffeeย have ghoulish prizes afoot, there’s sure to be some haunting booze hanging around, and the whole evening will be haunted aurally by DJ Spooky Sprudge!
We’ve got so much Beetlejuice Soundtrack to play for you. This event starts at 5:30 pm and ends at 8:30, so you’ll have plenty of time to haunt other parties around town! We’ll be headed post-event to the sure-to-be-terrifying Din Din Thursday night cocktail session, feature Voodoo Sazeracs, and more by noted PDX bartender Minot Kerr, a terrifying tarot card reader, and espresso by Sterling Coffee Roasters (if you’re too scared to fall asleep).
