Spotted on the Stumptown Facebook feed, this beautiful photograph (large version here) of the drying beds at Suke Quto, taken from the fermentation tanks, looking out onto the Shakisso Valley. Harvest is just about to begin in Ethiopia, and this photo – its tranquility soon to be interrupted by a flood of tiny drying seeds – captures that “before” moment beautifully.
