Live in Minneapolis? Spend an evening in the living room of Dogwood Coffee’s roast works as Level 9 Brewers Cup Wizard Jon Ferguson magically deconstructs espresso TONIGHT! Expect VST Baskets, pressure profiling, and wonder. This is the sixth monthly installment since its inception back in May. In previous MSN’s, Jon has covered defects, bimodal grinding, Criss Angel, Clever Drippers, and more! Jon has tonight’s scoop via Facebook:

I wrote a blog called “Shooting from the Hip” which explains a basic approach to measurements and why this matters.

We will discuss what makes 20 gram VST baskets so cool and why it’s important to know about them if you’re planning to compete in the USBC this year.
