Loh And Behold: Keith Loh Wins 2010 Singapore Barista Cup
Mr. Keith Loh has been crowned the 2010 Singapore Barista Champion, besting competitors from across the island nation. Not content to simply win the SBC, Mr. Loh went on to pull a full Jeremy Sterner,winning both the Barista event and the unaffiliated Latte Art competition. Here’s more from SingaporeCoffee.org:
Mr. Keith Loh took top spot in a virtuoso display which impressed the judging panel through his combination of poise, confidence and superior coffee preparation skills. Mr. Loh, also owner of Oriole Bar and Café will representSingapore in the World Barista Championship in June. In addition, Mr. Loh also clinched the champion title in the inaugural Pura Latte Art Competition.
