A fight outside Lakota Coffee Shop in Downtown Columbia led to police tasering a man this afternoon.
Bystanders say Ricco Marshall was standing outside when the owner’s son came out of the store and punched him, knocking his cell phone out of his hand.
When police showed up another fight broke out. Police tasered a bystander who officers say tried to attack them.
